WE CARE

Women Empowerment through Collaboration, Empowerment, and Resources for Education

Resources

At WE CARE, we recognize that education and empowerment are not possible without access to the right tools, networks, and opportunities. This page brings together the programs, collaborations, and digital platforms that help women achieve their full potential.

Educational and Support Resources

We provide curated resources designed to support women at every stage of their journey:

  • School Supplies and Technology: Access to essential tools such as textbooks, laptops, and software.
  • Mentorship Opportunities: Structured programs that connect women with experienced mentors in education, healthcare, and leadership.
  • Training and Workshops: Opportunities to learn new skills, develop professional confidence, and engage in advocacy efforts.

iWIN Submissions

Through our collaboration with the International Women in Intensive and Critical Care Network (iWIN), we connect aspiring pre-medical students with female healthcare professionals.

Participants in this mentorship-sponsorship program can:

  • Work with mentors on research projects, including literature reviews.
  • Receive guidance, sponsorship, and professional support from leaders in the field.
  • Build lasting networks within medicine and healthcare.

We encourage students to submit their applications and project proposals through our iWIN collaboration portal, which can be accessed via the WE CARE resources hub.
